You expect us to give you our services as described.
We expect that you will use our services in ways that are legal, that don’t infringe on the rights and usage of others, that don’t put our systems or other people’s systems at risk and that you will, in general, use our services responsibly.
The Terms and Conditions that you can reach from this page put the above points into legalese.
In order to receive our services, all customers must agree to those Terms and Conditions by completing the Registration Form.

Here are links to the Contracts that contain our Terms and Conditions of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy.

They are:

Hosting Contract

Hosting Acceptable Use Policy

Domain Registration Contract (General)

Domain Registration (.uk)

The contracts put into legal language the minimum that we promise to provide to you.

Please contact us if you would like a Contract that describes your particular service.  We are happy to send you a copy of the appropriate documents, as shown above, along with an Addendum that describes details specific to your service.

Remember, if we have told you that we will provide you with a service and you accept that promise, it becomes a contract and we will honour it.
